At Medico Pharmacy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you’re not happy with a product, we’ll do our best to make it right in line with our Returns Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind Returns Policy

If you’ve changed your mind about a product purchased from Medico Pharmacy, we may offer a refund at our discretion, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is flagged with us for return within 30 days of purchase.
  • You provide valid proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order confirmation).
  • The item is in original, saleable condition, including unopened packaging and intact seals.
  • The product has not been used, and if perishable, it is not expired or within 2 days of its expiry date.
  • The item is not part of our exempt product list (see below).

Return shipping for change of mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.

We may also request further information, such as photo identification, to verify your return. All personal information will be handled securely in line with our Privacy Policy.

Products Exempt from Change of Mind Returns

Due to health, safety, and hygiene concerns, we are unable to accept returns where you’ve changed your mind on the following product types (unless the product is faulty or required under Australian Consumer Law):

  • Prescription medicines
  • Compounded (custom-made) pharmacy-only items
  • Rapid antigen tests (RATs)
  • Baby formula
  • Perfumes & colognes
  • Refrigerated products
  • Clearance items
  • Bulk or special-order items

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Faulty or defective
  • Damaged during transit
  • Incorrect (not what you ordered)

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or exchange in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, with:

  • Your name and contact details
  • Order number or receipt
  • A description and photos of the issue

We’ll assess the issue and organise a return if required. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Approved refunds will be processed using your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
